Crazy Kroger sale

Shoulda posted this last week, but for all in the DFW area (perhaps beyond), Kroger is offering CAB, USDA
Choice bone-in Rib-Eye for the insane price of $4.77/lb. Sale ends Tuesday. Bought a 3 rib for my neighbor and the whole rib for myself @ 22+ lbs. Will make 3 standing rib roasts out of it. Buying the cryovac meat revealed the CAB label. Kroger isn't advertising they're CAB.

Sweet! Angus beef at that price. I think I would have gone for two and put the vacuum sealer to some serious work. Cry once and enjoy for weeks to come!

Haha.. I did see that but didn't know if it was a technical glitch. Oh.. Plus his is a value pack.. Probably bigger or heavier you have to buy..

I smoked a 7.30 lb. roast today. I like 'em rare...it was very good!

Our new Vacmaster Pro 380 works like a charm too.
