I all I am new to this forum, but I am a member to smoken meat for some time. I am a seven year smoker and I do brisket and ribs are my best thing I do but I can always get better and feel that you all can help me out with that I hope. I have a silver smoker and a few others but I am starting a signals box build and could use some good tips so I can make the best smoken in my area. I love smoking meat and the finished product. I work in a water dept in Bellevue wa and my guys look to me for help in smoking meats because they have tasted my cooking. I am gald to be part of a group that love the samething that I do.
