Props to Jetman for helping me find this on Craigslist. I had been looking for a serious slicer for a couple of months now but couldn't find anything less than a few hundred dollars. Jetman in his post http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/131611/new-to-me-100-commercial-slicer#post_895599 said to try misspelling the word search. So I tried "deli slicer" "delislicer" "meatslicer" etc. until I found this for $70!
This is a 12" slicer that weighs about 50 pounds. The guy fired it up for me and I swear that if my truck ever dies that I'm just going to take the motor out of this thing and strap it under my hood. This has some serious power! It needs some serious cleaning up, but this will be a great tool!
