First project spicy pickled garlic. Read cpl threads about it so thought ok that would be some good garlic to cook with. Reading more saw where someone did cocktail sausages so added that to the mix. Well heck got 8 eggs so boiled and peeled them. Cant leave it alone so cold smoked cloves and sausage 1 hr and eggs 30 min.

After cutting a little of the heat out got the mix done and here they are resting.

Disclaimer is I have never had a pickled egg or meat in my life. Wife asked what if I don't like and the go to "guys at work eat anything".
Next is pork shoulder got on markdown while back and thawed this week. New first is doing the entire smoke in the ECB. Tube was bought and the tray I made.

Shocked! I say, shocked. You are in for a treat. Next you can branch out to Amish Mustard pickled eggs (bright yellow) and then pickled eggs with beets (purple).

I know. Baby steps. Looking forward to giving a try. Afraid it maybe to hot tho. Mixing up burnt my nose hairs.
