COVID apologies

Hey everyone. I’d like to apologize for getting a bit out of line with a response last night. I take COVID very seriously and let an emotional response cloud my better judgement.

So I apologize to the entire community here.

No apology necessary on my end but very much respect you stepping up and making a public statement. This is not an easy situation we are dealing with it and there's no sin at all in being passionate about your beliefs in how to deal with it. There's no set-in-stone approach to the situation and being that we're all different, we're all going to have a different priorities on dealing with it.

No harm no foul from my standpoint,

Understand the frustration which is really easy to get into given the amount of uniformed comments made by others, who most likely are frustrated with the issues this virus is causing them to deal with.

I appreciate that . We all have an area of knowledge beyond cooking / smoking uncommon to others on here , that we use to make a living and raise our families . Sometimes they match up with others that make their living the same way .
Yours is one not as common , and actual facts vs someones personal belief most times turns out bad .

Thanks for reaching out . I would say all is good , so post up a cook and carry on .

I'm in the group of "Vulnerables":
71 years old.
Heart Problems.
COPD & Emphysema.

Yet I have never worried enough to get any Flu Shot, since the Army gave them to me 50+ years ago.
However this one scares me.
