Cornish Hens and potatoes.
Rubbed hens with olive oil, black pepper, garlic and onion powder, cayenne, poultry seasoning, salt and Italian seasoning.

Potatoes in the same.

Love the hens. Yours look great.
Thanks. I think they turned out very well.
Cooked them at 425 degrees for 50 minutes, and they were done and very moist.

Potatoes very tasty also.
 
Very nice straight forward meal. Hard to go wrong with little chickens.
 
Thanks for sharing. I only tried Cornish game hen for the first time earlier this year. My neighbor had smoked some up. I liked it, different flavor for sure. My wife wouldn’t even try, she said she didn’t like them. My heard that and were like nope. She just recently bought me a couple. Next time I smoke something I’ll put that sucker in there.
