Gave Steve's Firehouse Chicken a try. Did 24 hour marinade. The Char-Griller does a good job of grilling chicken with no flare ups. I do go light on the charcoal. Flipped every 8 minutes and basted each time.

Made peach Cobbler to take to the river this morning. Love this recipe. Using buttermilk the secret to a great cobbler. Also got couple bags of Grapefruit to make some salty dogs.

Looks good. Cornell chicken is my favorite on the grill.

Baste, turn, baste, turn.

Wow Brian, that looks really good buddy. One request though. Please give me 24 hours notice before making this next time so I have time to make the drive to NORTEX :emoji_wink:

Man i love that plate. Especially when the protein is the star of the show.
