Civil, as per usual you put together a fantastic meal.

Any chance I can come by for leftovers?

Looks like you are pretty settled into the new digs now. How is it working out?

GREAT BIG LIKE!

John
Thanks John, and well not many left overs, my daughter had a "guy friend" over and boy you would think he had never eaten before....LOL I think he ate for "3".

Awesome looking meal!
I gotta tell you I love white corn, ALMOST better than a good ribeye.
As a matter of fact I eat it raw, just heated slightly so some butter will melt on it, and with a bit of S&P I have made a meal out of just white corn.
But those steaks look absolutely delicious!!!
Al
Many thanks Al, oh and yes sweet white corn is the bomb! I could eat it raw too! That's why I like smoking it as it doesn't get killed with boiling water.....talk about washing away flavor....

Well ! Well ! Well ! , fine looking meal and Dessert
nothing else to say....but Fantastic

David
Thanks David!

Dude! That is a top notch meal right there. Steaks cooked beautifully. Looks like a meal you would pay a large sum of money for at a steak house. Big like my friend!!

A++++
Ok I want a selfy of that for proof! LOL, Thanks!

There was just a small bit of leftovers so the wife added a bit more red wine to the au jus and after that simmered down she added a little heavy cream and then the leftover slices in along with some newly seared shrooms, then I pan steamed some carrots in white wine and finished them with butter, honey and fresh herbs.....and bam a new din din!

Crazy on how different the flavor profile was but it was still beef money!
