Cooking a brisket with a 30 MES

I Have a 30 inch MES and am going to cook about a 10 pound brisket, any recommendations on what temp and how long to cook it? First time with a brisket!! Thanks

For brisket cook at 2:25 till you hit internal temperature 165 approximately 60 minutes per pound after that wrap in foil and your marinade or whatever you're going to use apple juice cooked to an internal temperature 195
