Ordered up an Masterbuilt Electric Smoker (30") last night.  Smoking is new to me, but I'm excited to get started.  I see lots of folks with their smokers totally loaded down with delicious stuff.  You must throw some good parties.

I want to pass along the fact that we really LIKE Q-view - pictures of the food you smoke on that of yours. And yes, we BBQ folk throw the best parties.  

You will find that once you start smoking that the smell will make its way to the neighbors and the next thing you know there's a party.
