Colorado New Guy

Hi, my name is Keith. I reside in southeastern Colorado. I am in the process of designing and building a smokehouse. Tried smoking summer sausage from venison last year and need something to better regulate temps and hold more. I have a propane grill built from scratch with a smoking chamber but need something a little more. Have read a lot on this site and look forward to all there is to learn from it.
