Got an MES wanted some tips and success with cold smoking rigging any advice would be appreciated thanks!
 
You need to buy an AMNPS from A-MAZE-N-SMOKER link to the right of this page in the featured sponsers llinks. It allows cold smoking and you can use it while hot smoking from 9-11 hours of constant smoke. It comes HIGHLY recomended from many on this site.
 
Ive heard a lot about these since I been on the site. Is it placed on the bottom of my smoker? After I get one do I just smoke with that do I even use my built in smoker anymore?
 
you can use chips if you want but I dont anymore. Since I have pellets I may just add a half cup of those in the chip tray for a quick smoke.I place mine here.just remember to put a foil tent over it to stop drippings from falling into it.
