Cold Smoke

Not what you guys think. It's just real cold out for smoking but I'm doing it anyway.It's 15F out right now with a windchill of 3F. After a few weeks I get to jonesing for some smoked meat. I decided to do some pork chops on the uds.

Looks good but kinda cold
