Cloudflare issue

[rjob]

Using duckduckgo with VPN on android phone. CF will not complete security check
Used google approval works
Is this a duckduckgo problem or CF?

Looks like Chromium based browsers with Cloudflare are the issue as far as I can tell. I've had issues on both phone and desktop with Chromium based browsers and Cloudflare but Gecko based browsers (Firefox) work just fine.

This is not the only site I've had issues. Also having issues with several Discourse sites not opening.

Firefox on my Android phone works as expected but DDgo had issues.

edit: As far as desktops go this needs to be ticked on :

For DDgo tap the button and tap Delete All. Other browsers clear all cookies/history.

Just bumping this up in case anyone else besides @rjob and myself are having these issues.

you have to go into settings/site settings/data storage/ then search for smokingmeatforums and hit the 3 dots to the right and delete everything.

From what I found it was a loop error invoiving cookies and a hand shake and blah blah blah.

That delete will allow you back in.

Using an incognito tab will also allow entry as it breaks the link between cloudflare and the stored data for the site.

Thanks voyager.
Did find info on the loop on cf but didn't know how to clear it.
Didn't find data storage instead launched smf and flamed it
Smf reopened and appears operational.
