Locally bred, raise, prepared Wagyu beef patties. I used a 1/3 pound party form and Montreal seasoning as a release agent. I smoked these on the Primo, bbq'd them. Needed to render some fat.

Cheap yellow mustard, a smear of mayo, pickle slices from our garden, and kraft singles.

Love them smoked and I'm sure the waygu was like butta.
