Well here it goes....chuckie was marinated in dr pepper,onions garlic, cbp ,little kosher salt then rubbed with brown sugar,salt, cpb ,rosemary, garlic,white pepper, yellow mustard,parsley,onion.
BB's were rubbed with a memphis style rub without sugar(so they dont get so dark).
the rib tips were rubbed with jeffs rub.
The short ribs were rubbed with the chuckie rub.
now into the smoker with apple and hic.
This is after 2 1/2 hrs in the smoke at 220-250 for the chuckie and rib tips and 1 1/2hrs for the short ribs and BB's.
my beans after 2 1/2hrs in the smoke. The beans are just Bushes with jalapenos, grn pepper,onion and smoked rib tips.
everything after resting for a while. BB's and chuckie were awesome, the short ribs were, well short ribs. They got a little overdone. but what meat that was left on them was pretty good.
ready to be plated.
all plated up and ready to eat.
even the kids enjoyed it.
