chuck roast with q-view

here is my mighty chuck roast, coated it in jeffs rub last nite, and mustard, forgot to get some before shots, but it is in the smoker rite now and I went and got a shot of it in action.

I've got one planned for tomorrow. I'll be trying an Underblade chuck. Do you know which type you did?

I am not sure flash, I just pick out some that look good. Here is the finisherd procuct, I slice it. It has a real good flavor, gonna have smashed potatoes and broccoli casserole with it.
