I've talk to my family and we have decided to add an item to the Christmas menu. Normally we have a smoked Ham that my Grabddaddy does and a Turkey. Well I have talked them into letting me smoke a brisket along with having the Turkey and Ham. I'm looking forward to Christmas dinner already! :)

Brisket for Christmas sounds like a plan to me. We are doing a ham and turkey. I am also doing a few turkey for neighbors and friend. Humm should i put a brisket on the smoker too??? and maybe some tri tip and a pork butt. Now you got me thinking
