Smoked a couple of jd regulars and tried bisquits for the first time. Read a post on here somewhere about smoking grands bisquits and had to try it. It took them 2 hrs to cook but was sure worth the wait. They didnt rise much but with butter and a hunk of fattie sure made a good breakfast.
