Just loaded up the smoker with 15lbs of beef jerky for Christmas gifts for my family and freinds , I am gonna do 1 session tonight and 1 more in the morning(cant wait to sample it . After that the smoker will be doing whole chickens for supper . does anyone else use the Smoke Hollow brand smoker ?
