So I can go 1-1 1/2 hrs longer? at 250
now thats what I call wham bam thank-you ma'am.
My experience for thighs and legs....... 225* - 250* for 1:30 to 1:45. You are smoking small parts, not the whole thing. I do a whole bird at the same temp for 2:30 - 2:50, but I use a thermo and its off at 165*.
