Got a passle of ripe jalapenos ready for the Chargriller tomorrow. Figure on smokin for several hours then switchin to the dehydrator. Knowin I gotta keep temps low...dryin.. not cookin.. I figure temps around 150...

Any input????
 
Too high on the temps. Wanna keep them close to 100-ish. And the top vent full open. as I understand it..they are dried in the smoke pretty much.
Now..the skin burned off type, that's different.
 
Perfect time for this post, I'm going to give it a whirl Monday. Thanks for the info.
