How long did you marinate the breasts? How can I get a look at the chimi recipe btw?

Everything looks great!

Sorry I also meant to mention I use the cheapo store brand zesty Italian and the low sodium versions of dales and soy sauce for the marinade

For a cpl hrs or the night?

I just did mine for a couple hours because I was short on time but I'd bet doing it overnight would be even better. Just make sure regardless you got plenty of cold beer on hand. Don't want to get dehydrated in this heat

Haha yes for sure.

Im always looking for tasty boneless skinless breasts bc its the wifes fav and i get bored of the taste

I hear ya. I don't add salt in it because it makes my wife swell up. Dump some of the marinade in a bowl and brush it on while you are grilling and then one final brush when you pull it off. My kids and elderly relatives even love it and they don't like anything with flavor to it unless its ketchup or store bought honey bbq sauce lol

Sorry meant to say I don't add any additional salt into it. Regular dales is pretty salty the low sodium version isn't as bad. Kroger's usually carries it

Did something similar last night but didn't have all the stuff to make the chimichurri. Really missed it but this was still great! Grilled chicken, Street corn, and roasted broccoli with feta cheese and balsamic glaze.

Yours looks great too! Never thought about trying it on pork tenderloin. Gonna have to give that a shot next time. On a side note I think you are the only person on this site that hasn't given me shit for drinking natty haha my own wife gives me hell.

I'm just trying to be polite. I bought that garbage when it was a week before payday when I was in my early early early 20s.

Lol its all good. I guess I just developed an acquired taste for crap beer in high school/college. Used to be able to get kegs of the stuff for $50. Don't get me wrong I keep good beers in the fridge too but when coors or miller is $22.99 for a 24 pack and natty is $16.99 I have a hard time paying the extra all the time when after 2-3 it all tastes the same

To be transparent, my drink of choice is miller light and there isn't that much diff. On post, I can get 36 for 20 bucks.

I like IPAs and better beer but 1) I don't want to drink that in the heat and 2) lot more calories.

Beer is outrageous in TN. I can travel right across the TN GA line and get a 30 pack of miller lite for $20. They wont even sell 30 packs here.

I used to drink Keystone Light in college...And natty.

Mostly nowadays I drink Genny Cream Ale. $13 for a 30 pack. Best $13 you will ever spend!!

I have a beer fridge with some nicer beers and IPAs but I enjoy them with dinner and not drinking them for effect.

Ive never seen genny cream ale down here. Ill have to take a look around next time I go to the beer store. Even if so they probably would charge $13 for a 6 pack! You ever try any of the sour beers? They are gaining popularity around here and I enjoy trying new ones when I see them

Genesee beer is brewed in Rochester, NY. So it may not be available that far south, but my buddy who lives in Denver is able to find it in the better stocked beer stores.

It’s definitely a cheap beer along the lines of Natural Light, PBR etc. if you enjoy pbr you would like Genny.

I get a lot of ribbing for drinking Genny, I’m not that old but people tell me they drank that shit back in high school in the 70s.

There’s a certain mystique to it in this area about it being a cheap old-timers hunters beer but they have made a lot of new stuff in the past few years. They do a lot of small batch stuff. Their grapefruit kolsch style beer is my beer of choice for drinking in the summer. Just bought 2 cases for $25!!

As for the sour beers, I tried two and didn’t like them. I had Victory brewing sour monkey and a sour beer from Troeg’s. I thought they tasted like vinegar...and I love vinegar!! My younger brothers like the beer but hate vinegar, go figure.

We’re starting to see a lot of small breweries and wineries around here produce Mead. It seems to be gaining popularity, I enjoy it.

I do enjoy PBR(which I also get a lot of shit for drinking). I'm going to see if I can find the gennys and give it a try.

Havent had the grapefruit gose but terrapin brewing makes a great watermelon gose. Don't know if you guys get anything from down here up north but sweetwater brewing which is about 45 minutes from here makes great IPA's.

As far as the sours go Sour Money has the be one of the worst beers I have ever had. Period. I have 3 bottles sitting in my beer fridge right now that I cant even give away.

I've got several other good ones in my fridge too ill snap a couple pics when I get home. Maybe something you can get up north.

2 cases for $25...that's close to what a 24 pack of coors light costs here
