Chili stuffed mushrooms

This was on the fly and all Jane.I truly did nothing and will explain it my simple terms!

The chili can be any chili...everybody has different tastes when it comes to chili.The mushrooms in this case are one shitake and four large whites.The shitake was a stow away in the fridge.

First she toasted some italian style bread crumbs (store bought).
Next was slicing up the shrooms,scallions,tomatoes and green bell peppers.
So into the shrooms go the chili,then tomatoes/green bells/scallions and then bread crumbs/freshly ground cheese (we did vermont sharp cheddar,but any good cheese will do).And then a little more of everything on top and then into the oven and until done.Will have to ask about temp/time and edit later.

We also did some store bought organic asian salad mix with some fresh jumbo shrimp tossed with a lite amount of sesame and ginger oils.Shrimp is one those things you can cook any way you want...we do butter/oil/garlic and on whatever heated surface is ready.

That and some smoked wings in Indian korma sauce.

One of the better meals I've consumed in some time.A quick blast in the airfryer the next day and even better!

HOLY COW THAT LOOKS FANTASTIC!! Absolutely stellar job. Please tell her that I am up for adoption and as a family we could have that at least once a week :emoji_laughing: Seriously, that is one phenomenal looking meal, every last bit of it.
