Starting to like cookin on the gas grill , more than just for the ease of it . Nothin special , just putting it out there .

Seasoned and vac'd for a few hours , then on the grill . Temp was around 400 . I'm getting back to what I've done for the last 30 years . Leave the therm in the house . Should't need to temp it to know it's ready when you're cookin hot . Came out perfect .

The chicken looks good but we need to know what those foil wraps on the top shelf are.
Thanks for the comment . I like to souse vide my corn on the cobb , but this time I wrapped it up with butter and some rub .

Great looking chicken! I've never cooked on a gas grill, I've had chicken cooked by others on a gas grill. Yours looks so much better!

Looks great , I’m sure it was tasty
Thanks bud ,,, It was great . I did hit it with the therm when I took it off . Temp was 195 / 200 . Don't cringe , the dark meat needs a higher temp . The dry brine , and vac canister make a big difference .

Sorry I missed this the first time around----
