hi, i want to smoke a chicken, anyone know a good chicken rub

travcoman45's slaughterhouse brine and spritz is money IMHO. I've used it on turkey and chicken now. It won't disappoint and I didn't have to do anything but S&P and EVOO for the rub.

DT - definitely look into the "brining" process for poultry. Re: the rub, pound around here a little, then just pick one and go!
