Chicken lollipop legs with pics!

Threw together some chicken lollipop legs this weekend​ as practice for a comp this summer.
They turned out amazing!

they look scrumptious ... did you pull all the tendons out ??

I did them for an appetizer comp... cept I used wing drummetts because the legs are so big... but I had to have way more since it was a peoples choice deal ...
