A storm forced me to transfer them to the oven, but I'm leaning my new smoker. I know vertical water smokers like the back of my hand, but this is my first horizontal barrel smoker. It's actually my brother's, but I bought it and tell him I'm going to requisition it. Actually I'm planning to get either an Oklahoma Joe or a Lang for myself.

It depends on whether or not a shot of money comes through for me. It could go either way. If it comes in, I'll get a Lang. If not, an Oklahoma Joe later.
