Don't have a pellet but I do them on the kettle with a Vortex...that would be very hot and fast

On my pellet grill.... hot and fast for sure.
In the kettle I've cooked many many low and slow and then over the coals for char. No wrong way with chicken legs! It's always good.

Yes sir - set for 400 but with the cold and wind it hovered around 350ish…..35-40 min and IT was 185 or so
