Took up smoking as a hobby a year ago. Bought a 50.00 smoker and I am know working on make my own rub recipes. I enjoy cooking for friends and family, then I make desert in the Dutch oven for them. We are now looking for a new smoker and any new ideas that people are willing to share.

I like wood smokers, it's all I have ever had open for opinions on others types of smokers.
