I ask my wife what she wanted to eat for her birthday and she said brisket. Now I know why I love that gal. Soooo, stayed up late Friday night( more like Sat. AM ) smokin the 12.5 pounder that she bought. Yeah I made her pick out her own brisket.
Fired up again on Saturday afternoon to make the burned ends. Love em! Doubt if Ill ever do a brisket without!

Next up, 4 Cornish game hens. Butterflied these little girls and got em in the brine already. They will go on later this afternoon. Thinkin about grilled potato salad to go with.
