char grill duo side fire box help

my box only came with the grates for grilling..i need a smaller one that sits about halfway down inside to put my wood on so its not so close to the top..any suggerstions?

thats the way they come. most have built a basket or bought something like a veggie basket(mine was made by weber,needed alterations,but worked. ive since also built a basket).  theres a number of threads covering this. read on!
