Hey everyone, my dad got a Char Broil H2O Electric Smoker for free. Was curious how to use it. There doesn't appear to be a door to add more chips. Do you soak the chips and put them directly on the coil? How do you add more chips during a smoke? Any help would be great.

What is the inside setup like?

EDIT: A quick search and it looks like the chips go right around/under the coils. Could also put them in foil packs if they burn up too fast.

If there is no door, you might have to reload the chips from above....or carefully pull the barrel off and put it back on when done (remove the meat first of course).
