Hi my name is Dustin this is my first post here. I live in North east Ohio, I've only smoked 4 thinges so far but since my first attempt I got the bug. The first was chicken wings,flank steak,then 2 turkeys one 13lb one 22LB. I leared most of what I know from here. Thank you all for Making my thanksgiving
