Can't find jerky recipe

Looking for a jerky recipe I saw somewhere on here recently, meaning in the last couple of months. I believe it was called steakhouse jerky or something close to that. It looked like something I wanted to try and it was one of those "I'll go back and get that later" things. Well I am prone to major flare-ups of my CRS and now I can't find the dang thing. Any help would be appreciated.

Was it Pepper-Steak Jerky for thick slices?
