Hey. I'd like to introduce my myself to the members here. My name is John and I'm from Ontario Canada.
After checking out the forums a bit, I think that I could really learn alot here.
I have varying interests from smoking and curing meats to making sausage and grilling.
I've had a smoker for about 5 years now and it gets alot of use.
I have a Broil Mate gas-fired cabinet style smoker. I also have a Weber Precision Charcoal grill and a Broil King Soverign 90 propane grill.
I'm in the process of collecting materials to make a UDS and I have found alot of info on that already.
I also love my beer. I own a kegerator that gets a regular workout.
I'm interested in learning how to brew my own beer.
I may not post much at first. I like to lurk and read and learn.
