Question for you.  What casing are you using?  I really want to try making my own snack sticks.  We get 1/2 a cow and 1 pig every year and we end up with a lot of extra ground beef left over when we are out of everything else.

Cool I just got ordered 19mm from them and a jerky cannon.  Looks like im set.  I picked up premixed summer sausage spice mix from my local place.
