Anyone have idea on troubleshooting
Won’t turn auger in feed mode
Shutdown mode just keeps going doesn’t shutdown in 10 minutes

Have you tried turning the auger manually to see it it might me jammed ?

Being an owner of the CC DLX… I agree with 02ebz06
The other thing I can think of is a bad controller… they are usually consistently good… but with any electronics they can fail… or torment you…

The good thing is CC has great customer service… I am very confident they would take care of you!

Does the auger turn at all? If not, check for a jam.

If it does in some modes and not others, I'd say the controller went tits up rather than it being a mechanical issue.

Yes smoker works fine it just won’t let me fill the auger
