When Jeff posted that thread it was one of those dishes that had to go to the top of the list. He was right it is delicious. I cut the recipe by 1/3 and I used chicken thighs. I used my taco seasoning from our good friend Robert, tx smoker tx smoker and cut it by 1/4. Also added a spicy jalapeno and used some hatch peppers from the freezer. Spice was good or me but I think going to be to spicy for my friends I normally give my leftovers to. The house spelled amazing while it was in the oven. Man it was a thing of beauty before it went into the oven. Thanks for the recipe Jeff.

Nice work Brian. I don’t mind spicy, so I’ll take what the friends don’t want, lol
Thanks Eric. I think those where some of the hot hatch peppers. I do either Bloody Mary's or Salty Dogs on the River Sundays. I made the Bloody Mary's more like I like them this week. Everyone's says man these spicy but they drank them. I did not think they where really that spicy. I make it with Evil Cowboy Hot Sauce. Has a great smoky flavor. They also make the best bloody Mary mix but it kind of thick.
