butterfly chop w/qview

chops on the snp cooked with onion. used maple oak apple wood.

my snp with the TBS going.

hour on sprayed with applejuice.

finished in1.5 hours good smoke ring mighty tasty and lots of juice

also smoked the taters too

I've been kinda lax with qview myself lately....done a couple smokes without pics.....but, y'all have seen ribs and butts before from me, so why bother.
