burner problem

I have the smoke hollow 36" gas smoker and have the same problem as many other users. It stops burning after 10-15 minutes.As I live in the Netherlands it is difficult to return the smoker to the store.

Can anyone give me the email address of the manufacturer so I can ask the for a solution?

Open the valve on the tank fully... maybe....
