hey all, hows it going.
picked up a couple of wagyu burgers earlier that a local supermarket had on as a special so the smokeyjoe had to come out, the wedges were left in a red chilli/red pesto marinade for a good few hours, then also brushed a couple of times during cooking, the onion, well ya cant have a burger without em.
the wife is gong back again tomorow to see if they still have any, they were seriously good burgers, that went perfect with a bottle red wine.
