Grilled beef burgers and french fries. Toasted the buns.

Beef had tarragon, garlic powder, onion flakes, and mustard powder in the burger.

As I close the lid to keep from getting flame ups, I watched the dome temp. I put the burgers on at 350F. They got a good char and yup, a smoke ring! THat's one of the benefits of closing the lid. The snoke is slower to escape. Just remember not to inhale when you open the lid. COUGH, COUGH! The hazards of live fire grilling! :D Cheese gets melted on. We went to a farm stand today and got FRESH tomatoes (nice slice on each burger) and a Vidalia onion (Also sliced up)

Looks tasty. Tarragon in the burger is new to me. Will have to try it.

Can’t beat a good burger. Yours look good. Tarragon and beef….gonna have to try that

Wouldn't tarragon make the burgers taste like twizzlers?

The burgers look good from my viewing screen. Nice Job
