Hello to you all
I’m Andy an experience chef, now Foodservice consultant in the UK - worked for Global US Commercial equipment manufacturer Welbilt for the past 14 yrs - now working with different projects.
I’ve always loved to smoke have a simple but effective Standard Oaklohoma Joe set up - which I have used several times commercially to great success at local festivals etc.

Having always been inspired by larger more functional trailer solutions I’ve seen whilst working in the US and have viewed on Websites etc - myself and close mate who is a blacksmith are starting a build - we have our trailer - see image we thought we had a chamber but have been let down so thing have slowed a little.
As you see we are in the beginnings of the project - and would really be thankful for any support and advice to make sure we put together a kick ass trailer - we are looking to make a 6 ft RF chamber with double slidable grids, and on the trailer We are also looking to put a 2to 3 ft Argentinian Parrilla ( sure you guys would maybe just call this a rise fall open grill?
Given the great size / footprint we have with the trailer we are also looking to have storage “cubby boxes” for wood etc and set up kit plus slide out stainless work spaces !
Please any help would be welcome - also see some meat shots to prove I’m a serious BBQ and Smoke lovers

Cheers

I am in the planning stages of my own RF offset cooker. I got 2 - 250 gallon propane tanks and am planning on making 2 cookers.

daveomak daveomak is a treasure trove of information. You would do well to hit him up for some advice.

Will be following your build thread.
