Howdy fokes, I am new to this site I have been smoking meat for a while, and have decided to build a new bigger smoker, what I have is a proofing/cooling rack, it will hold about 20 full bakers sheets or screens, for heat/smoke I have a I have a round drum type grill with a drum off the end I plan on using it for the heat and smoke by piping the chimney into the smoke box. what should I cover it with ? plywood ? pine boards ? I would welcome any ideas thanks

Any thing you have or can get cheap will work just fine. Cedar  when sealed looks nice but plywood is cheaper. I see this is your first post. When you get a chance will you swing by roll call so everyone can give you a proper SMF welcome?

Happy smoken.
