Building a jerky business from scratch?!?

Hey all, 

It's been quite a while sinceI have been on here to post or comment. After playing around with jerky for years I am taking it to the streets. I am taking my love for jerky and building a jerky company! Very slowly but surely we will get up and running, start processing jerky. Just wanted to stop by and say hi, I love this forum. Lot's of great information here. I will check back again soon and with any updates.
