Well, I finally did it. After all these years of wanting a Humphrey's cabinet smoker, I finally did it. I skipped over the Battlebox and went straight to the Pint model. Probably way more smoker than I need, but that was not the point. I've been watching this smoker on their "ready to ship" page for nearly a year and finally decided to just do it.
I've been absent from posting for quite some time, but I suspect that is about to change as I'm getting back in the game so to say. The color on this smoker is amazing in the photos, but in person it's even more stunning. Unfortunately I've got a busy schedule so it may be a few days before I get her seasoned and a first smoke done. But it's here on my back porch just waiting on me!!!!!
Yep, I'm like a 6 year old on Christmas morning. Here is the photo from their website of the actual smoker. I did opt for the 8" wheels and the angled leg extension. I'll get some more photos posted soon.
