Briskets in the GTA

Until recently I have never found briskets in my local Costco on a regular basis and when I did there were only 2 or 3 to choose from. Well 2 weeks ago I walked through a Costco Business Center and they had a shelf full of them. I have been back 2 more times and it seems like this is a regular thing for them as it they seem to cater to restaurants.

Roberts Boxed Meats in Kitchener always has at least 10 briskets on the shelf.

Halenda’s in both Whitby and Oshawa carry brisket. The one in Oshawa carries full packer briskets regularly. The one in Whitby you have to request a packer brisket. They both occasionally carry Prime but mostly have AAA.
