Just doing a little brisket smoking on this fine 91° day. Trying a new direction from Meathead.

Finished brisket. So I injected it with beef broth and let sit for 8 hoursand sprayed it with a beef broth, cider, worchestershire mix at hour or more intervals. Now I ususally use Coke instead of broth for the spray which I like better. IMHO I felt it was a bit salty, but all the other people said it was good. Sometimes I guess I want a strangers opinion rather than a friends. Anybody else get that feeling too?
