This is very interesting to say the least, even has some tips on Fires. Who on the forum put this together? I'm sure the comments will be priceless...

J.B's a good ol boy from Louisiana, hangs out at the BBQ Central forum.

He actually has dozens of videos like that, their all a riot!

That was a GREAT video on the art of burger making. Only someone from Loo-see-anna could pull this off. I have no idea where he is from but I can recognize a louisiana accent anywhere. Only, 5 years to live? You all are waayy to mean, after all, he only ate 1 cracklin! Okay, so he ate a couple a fries that day too, but so what? It's not like he was Jabba the Hut or anything. Besides, beef tallow will not hasten your death any more than french fries fried in olive oil. It's the quantity over time that is the danger. We are carnivorous and our systems are designed to require animal fats to sustain the function of our brains, nerves and socket joints. Anyway, I liked his slam on the Hobart home grinder. I want to buy a meat grinder and now I know which one not to. I have to go to a restaurant supply house and get an industrial grade one.
